Just when I thought this entry was going to be very serious and deep … Keeli says “don’t be a baby puss puss”.  Fine, but I’m out of haikus and I’m not in the mood for a limerick.

I did earn a new nickname during formal portraits but I didn’t hear the groomsmen complaining when I had them to the reception within 15 minutes of the ceremony ending. I was even duly rewarded with a plate full of cheese – thank you Rukan!! A plate of cheese; this man is brilliant!

Gnomie was rewarded with some cake for a job well done and last time I saw my assistants Vivian and Pam they were still drooling over the macaroni & cheese bar.

And finally, I really wanted to post these pictures but that would require me to tell you the accompanying story.  When Nelly Furtado released her song “Maneater” I immediately called Keeli up and told her what the lyrics *should* be.

“Maneater. Make you work for it, make you spend for it, make you want more BUFF-A-LO.  She’s a maneater.”

In my world, that’s hilarious. Buffalo! Buffalo- in the middle of the song. So when Keeli’s DJ played Maneater, I handed off my camera and started grooving. And, yes, Keeli and I screamed BUFF-A-LO; we are awesome like that.

Caught @ Keeli & Joe’s Wedding

I got such a grand response the last time I posted pictures of myself in action that I knew a repeat performance was in order. Because, really, if you can’t laugh at yourself, whom can you laugh at? (Ok, I can laugh at my assistants … and I do … often).

It starts innocently enough. Click. Click. Click goes the paparazzi.

Then I start ordering people around. Notice the finger pointing. I mean business.

And then it escalates into “get out of my picture! Out!”

The preceding images were obtained from Hammons. Joe swears that “nobody actually likes Hammons” but by providing silly pictures actually won him a special place in my heart. So Hammons, I salute you and humbly submit some of my favorite pictures of you in action :

That is is all. Now, get out of my picture!

Consuelo & Dan’s E-pics

Consuelo did not disappoint in the spunk department- she turned on the flirt and took direction amazingly well so all that Dan had to do was sit/stand/speak/roll over.  Now don’t get me wrong- Dan is no puppy dog. He came into the pictures with very specific plans of how he wanted to capture the beautiful architecture of our location. Which I guess made me the obedient one. You want me to take pictures of you amongst awesome Fort Worthian architecture? O pull my arm!
