Brittyn & John’s Wedding

Brittyn & John saw each other before the ceremony in the garden. I had been planning on the first meeting to be in the garden for a while but when we got to the church, there were several workers doing construction. Imagine my relief when they were gone 20 minutes before the meeting! Talk about a nail biter!

Jason rocked the ceremony pictures from his great vantage point in the choir loft!

Vivian got some great moments right after the ceremony!

They had the most adorable kids at the wedding!

Off to the reception we go!

We had such an amazing time with the whole crew. And I mean, we did have a crew of groomsmen & ushers this time. They were just a crazy bunch and so easy to get along with!

I am utterly sad that we didn’t have a rusty bathtub! Somehow we had found one both during bridals and engagements so I felt like there was something missing on the wedding day for sure!

Jennifer & David’s Wedding

Jennifer brought both moms by the week before the wedding to look at albums. David’s mom was already getting teary just looking at other people’s weddings; I knew she was a shoe in for a teary mother-son dance.

The day of the wedding went very smoothly. The most difficult part was navigating around the church. It was a maze of 2 or 3 or maybe even 4 floors. At some point I ended up in the “short” hallway; where all of the doors were miniature. I was definitely in the wrong place.

My favorite part was coming around a corner and running into an unsuspecting groomsman. They weren’t phased, they just wanted to know if I knew the score to the Texas/OU game and if I was coming to tell them about a touchdown. Um, no, I’m trying to find the sanctuary, again.

I had no problem with getting lost at The Modern, but my phone didn’t fare as well. I still have no idea how my phone ended up at The Modern but in my frantic search for it the next day, I got a call from security (thanks Phillip!!!!) saying they had it. My phone now has the logo “www.lynnmichelle.com” come up when it is in silent mode, just in case it mysteriously makes its way back to The Modern!
