I got home from my Sunday wedding to find myself tagged in a facebook note by Amanda. A vendor review! Best decision of the whole wedding. She is amazing, simple as that. And she went above and beyond the day of the wedding, everything from helping me get dressed and bustle my dress to making sure I was calm and ok. She was seriously better then any coordinator out there and she took freaking awesome pictures at the same time! Her sister Vivian and her lighting assistant Audrey were amazing as well. My favorite thing about Lynn is she is so passionate about what she does (and it shows in the pictures). We took some pictures around the BOA building and Downtown Dallas during the reception and I have never had so much fun. If you want pictures that will seriously last a lifetime AND have fun while taking them AND get the chance to meet a very famous gnome…BOOK HER NOW! =) ”

I was invited to shoot Hillary’s VERY UNIQUE bridal shower at the Milestone Culinary Arts Center. I’ve passed by there so many times – being an avid Chuy’s patron and all – but I had never noticed it. Imagine my surprise when I walked into culinary heaven! The theme of the shower was all about cooking, of course, and it included an Iron Chef competition as part of the fun! And, boy, was it fun!

Each team received the following secret ingredients: graham cracker crumbs, cranberries, white chocolate and blood oranges.

They could also use additional ingredients to create their dessert.
